01 · Crabsy, the AI assistant

Ask your
numbers.

Crabsy lives on every Dashcrab screen, bottom right. It is not a generic chatbot with internet access: it is an AI marketing assistant that queries the same metrics you see on your dashboards and answers with the figure, the source and a link to the screen where you can check it.

01 · Data

Answers with your numbers, not averages

Every figure comes from your integrations: campaigns, channels, pages, queries, leads, social and AI visibility. It does not browse the web or make up industry benchmarks. If a number is missing, it says N/A instead of filling the gap.

02 · Context

Knows what you are looking at

It reads the screen, the brand and the date range you have open. If you are on Acquisition with the last 30 days, "and against last month?" works without repeating anything. You can also paste up to three screenshots per message.

03 · Memory

Remembers what matters to you

It starts with five questions about your goals and your KPIs. Then it learns from each conversation: which client bills in pesos, which campaign is the brand one. Everything it keeps is visible in the Memory tab, and every new item can be undone.

04 · Actions

It proposes. You confirm.

It can suggest editing an alert or opening a support ticket with the problem already described. It shows it as a card with a button, and nothing runs without your click.

05 · Permissions

Sees what you see

It uses your user's permissions: it only queries the brands and clients you already have access to. Every conversation is yours, and it answers in the language you write in.

02 · What you can ask

03 · Radar

Every morning,
someone checks
your numbers.

Radar reviews every brand's KPIs daily: spend, conversions, ROAS, sessions, organic clicks, leads and reach. If nothing moved, it stays quiet. If something moved, it looks for the cause in your data and leaves one to three findings with what happened and what to do.

01 · Fair comparisons

A Monday against a Monday

Each day is compared with the same day of the previous week, and the week with the week before. A slow Sunday does not trigger a false alarm. For Search Console it uses the data from three days ago, which is when Google finishes consolidating it.

02 · No noise

1 to 3 is not +200%

It only flags changes of 30% or more that also clear an absolute floor: 20 for counts, USD 50 for money. From 60%, or when a KPI drops to zero, the finding is urgent.

03 · Finds the cause

Investigates before it speaks

It opens the same tables you would: campaigns, channels, pages and queries. It reads what Crabsy knows about your business, so it prioritizes the KPIs you said matter to you.

04 · How it arrives

What happened. Why. What to do.

  • Every finding shows up in the Dashcrab notification bell for the account admins.
  • If it is urgent, an email with the day's summary goes out too.
  • Three a day at most: it is a heads-up, not a to-do list.
  • When the KPI goes back to normal, the finding closes itself and lets you know.
What happened
Google Ads spend was USD 0 yesterday. The previous Tuesday it was USD 412.
Likely cause
All three active campaigns stopped spending on the same day. When they all stop together, the problem is usually the account (payment, billing or approval), not a campaign.
What to do
Check the billing status of the Google Ads account before touching the campaigns.
Severity
Urgent · also by email

05 · Plans

Included in
Business and Agency.

Crabsy and Radar come with your plan, no add-on. Every plan includes a monthly assistant allowance that resets on the 1st, and Radar runs on its own allowance that does not eat into the chat's.

Business

From USD 79 per month

For a brand and its team. Crabsy for every user on the account and Radar on each brand with connected integrations.

Agency

From USD 399 per month

The allowance belongs to the agency and covers all of its clients. Radar reviews each client separately and alerts the agency admins.

Creator

No Crabsy or Radar

The Creator plan has its own AI: Content AI analyzes the hook, retention and drop-off moments of your Reels and TikToks.

07 · Frequently asked questions

What people ask
before using it.

What is Crabsy?

Crabsy is Dashcrab's AI assistant. It is a chat available on every screen of Business and Agency accounts that answers marketing questions with the data from your integrations: GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, your social accounts and your AI visibility.

Where does the AI assistant get its numbers?

From your connected accounts, using the same metrics you see on Dashcrab's screens and your user's permissions: it only queries the brands and clients you have access to. It does not browse the web or make up benchmarks. If a number is missing, it answers N/A.

What is Radar?

Radar is Dashcrab's daily review. Every morning it compares each brand's KPIs with the same day of the previous week and with the week before. If something moved 30% or more, it looks for the cause in your data and publishes one to three findings with what happened, why and what to do.

How is Radar different from alerts?

Alerts are thresholds you set yourself, for example a warning when ROAS drops below 2. Radar needs no setup: it detects unusual movements across all your KPIs and also looks for the cause. Both work side by side, with the same recipients and the same option to stop receiving emails.

Can Crabsy change anything in my account?

Only if you confirm it. It can suggest editing an alert or opening a support ticket, and it shows that as a card with a confirm button. Without that click nothing runs.

Is it included in my plan?

Crabsy and Radar come with the Business and Agency plans, with a monthly usage allowance that resets on the 1st. In an agency the allowance belongs to the account and covers all of its clients. The Creator and AI Visibility plans do not include them.

What languages does it answer in?

Yours. Crabsy replies in English, Spanish or Portuguese depending on the language you write in, and Radar writes its findings in the account's language.
