How do I connect Tiendanube with Dashcrab?

You install Dashcrab from the Tiendanube app store and authorize access. Tiendanube redirects you to Dashcrab with a link to attach the store to your account: you create your account (or sign in), pick the client and tap Connect. The whole process takes about 2 minutes and requires no code.

I installed the app from the marketplace but I do not have a Dashcrab account. What now?

It is all good: when you install from Tiendanube, the connection is saved in a unique link for 24 hours. When you create your free account or sign in, that link is automatically attached to your account and the store gets connected. You lose nothing in the process.

What data of my Tiendanube store does Dashcrab see?

We access your sales, orders, customers and abandoned carts in read-only mode to build your reports. Each order includes its UTM parameters and landing page, which lets us show which campaign generated each sale. We never see or store your password.

What is Tiendanube campaign attribution?

It is a feature exclusive to the Tiendanube integration. Because every paid order carries its UTMs and origin landing page, Dashcrab shows you exactly which source, medium and campaign generated each sale. It is direct customer-to-order attribution, not an estimated multi-touch model.
