As soon as you authorize, Tiendanube redirects you to Dashcrab with a unique install link. That link safely holds your store for 24 hours, waiting for you to link it to an account.

You create an account or sign in
No account yet? Create one free in a minute and complete a quick setup. Already a user? Just sign in. The install link follows you through the whole process, so you never lose the connection.

You pick the client and connect
You choose which Dashcrab account or client the store belongs to and tap “Connect”. Done: we start importing your sales history instantly and your panel fills itself.

The install link expires after 24 hours and is single-use. If it expired or you already used it, reinstall the app from Tiendanube to generate a new one.

How do I connect Tiendanube with Dashcrab?
You install Dashcrab from the Tiendanube app store and authorize access. Tiendanube redirects you to Dashcrab with a link to bind the store to your account: you create your account or sign in, pick the client, and tap Connect. The whole process takes about 2 minutes and requires no code.
I installed the app from the marketplace but I do not have a Dashcrab account. What now?
It is all good: when you install from Tiendanube, the connection is saved in a unique link for 24 hours. When you create your free account or sign in, that link is automatically attached to your account and the store gets connected. You lose nothing in the process.
What data of my Tiendanube store does Dashcrab see?
We access your sales, orders, customers and abandoned carts in read-only mode to build your reports. Each order includes its UTM parameters and landing page, which lets us show which campaign generated each sale. We never see or store your password.
What is Tiendanube campaign attribution?
It is a feature exclusive to the Tiendanube integration. Because every paid order carries its UTMs and its landing page of origin, Dashcrab shows you which source, medium, and campaign generated each sale. It is the data the store itself records on the order, not an estimated multi touch model.
